We highly suggest a Surgical Stainless Steel Waterless Greaseless Cookware set. These are phenomenal. They don’t breakdown… ever. They have a lifetime warrantee (not limited). We have had our set for 8yrs and it still looks brand new. They will assist in cooking at the correct temperature to maintain the nutrient in the foods without overcooking. We can typically cook a meal for all 4 of us in about 15min and that includes prep time. Super fast and efficient without using higher heat than 180* which is the optimal cooking temp. As you may know, I have been researching water filtration units since 2005 and finally found one that meets all the criteria that we have been learning and teaching about through our lifestyle courses.  I found these units last year and as an office we have been able to get them at wholesale costs for you and your family.

Dangerous - Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs

If you have any of these bulbs in your home replace them immediately! The media has made it known that these bulbs are dangerous (while trying to minimize the risks) ONLY if they brake, but this is not the whole story...No surprise, right?!? These bulbs let off dangerous levels of mercury into the air (as they heat up while in use) - leading to a wide array of health conditions.
