
I have had many questions lately related to reading food labels, and how things that are listed on the label may actually be something else, so I have included some helpful info here.
As many of you have heard me teach, that “spices” (without them listing the ingredients in parenthesis next to the word) and “Natural Flavoring” and “Flavoring” can contain a high percentage of gluten as well as other harmful things especially MSG. That’s right MSG! A great place to start learning more about this (other than the classes we teach at Answers!) is the book, Excitotoxins: The Taste that Kills; By Russell Blaylock, M.D.
