Chipotle Lime Salmon
1 lb salmon, cut into 4 fillets
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
2 limes, sliced in half
1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1. Preheat oven to 500°
2. Rinse salmon, pat dry and place on a metal baking sheet
3. Rub each fillet with olive oil
4. Squeeze the juice from one-half lime onto each fillet
5. Sprinkle fillets with salt and chipotle, then place a half lime on top of each fillet
6. Turn down oven temperature to 275°
Place salmon in oven and cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on how well done you like your fish – Enjoy!

Birth Trauma
Vaginal Births - When you research vaginal births in depth you’ll see that doctors on average put about 80-90 pounds of pressure to assist in the delivery. It only takes 120 pounds to decapitate a newborn. So, if your baby made it out alive it just means that they may be suffering stress in their neck from the pulling and twisting that occurred during their assisted birth.
C-Section Births - The problems that arise from a C-Section birth are often more damaging to the child than a vaginal delivery, because of the amount of pressure that needs to be used to pull the baby out – think about it – this doctor is not assisting the natural birth he/she is physically birthing the baby. As the doctor pulls the nurses are pushing on mom’s tummy as if they are trying to pop a zit.
When we talk about nerve flow going from your brain through the neck out to all the vital organs of your body– what would happen if we shut down the nerve flow going from the brain through the neck? What would happen to the organs from here and below?
1. It lowers immune resistance
2. It causes abnormal growth and development
